The Company made an investment to build a multi-complex building in Long Shan New District, Changxing, Zhejiang . This complex includes offices, apartments and shopping mall and is considered to be the landmark of the district. By the side of the complex are Government offices and a cultural theatre.
The total gross area is about 90,000 sq.m. Within which about 20,000 sq.m. will be used as the shopping mall for leather goods. 30,000 sq.m. will be used as office, and 40,000 sq.m. will be used as high class apartments.
